Sandbox Films' new office in Flatiron blends creative, acoustically tailored spaces with functional design. With 4,500 square feet to work with, they included soundproof editing suites, a screening room, event spaces, and offices. Designed by Civilian, the space features midcentury and '70s-inspired elements, like wood paneling, vintage furniture, and vibrant plants. The office serves both production needs and as a venue for screenings and discussions, catering to their focus on scientific documentaries.
