Located in the historic Bourse Building, built in 1890, this renovation for Publicis presented a unique set of challenges and opportunities.
The Bourse Building, with its stunning old-world architecture, required a modern, functional workspace that maintained its timeless character while integrating advanced, eco-friendly materials. The project was centered on delivering cutting-edge solutions using Pure 54 by Planet, a high-performance product known for its sustainability and style.
A significant challenge arose when the construction team faced a major snowstorm during installation. With the elevator out of order, the team was required to manually transport large glass panels up five flights of stairs. Despite these obstacles, the project was completed on schedule and to the highest standards, showcasing the dedication and resourcefulness of the team.
