Noble People NYC Office
Known for throwing out the old rules and taking a more modern and innovative approach to media, it wasn’t surprising that Noble People wasn’t looking for the typical office setting. That just wasn’t their style. Instead, they wanted something that offered a more residential feel for their employees and guests.
1250 Broadway–Nomad Tower
I had the pleasure of working with Lewis Stevenson and the Planet Partitioning system for our project at the Nomad Tower. This was a very complicated installation. The Planet product was the exact right product for this project and Lewis Stevenson executed flawlessly.
We utilized three of Planet’s systems, Loft 20, Loft 54 and Loft 100. Acoustical performance was one of our main concerns and all three products exceeded our expectations.
CxRA
Using fresh, local ingredients, CxRA is known for using its catering skills to turn any event into a delicious culinary treat for the palette. Now when a company has a reputation for delivering extraordinary food experiences like that, they deserve a space just as extraordinary.
And that’s just what their interior designers created. But bringing it to life was another story. That’s where we came in.
DBRS
DBRS is a globally recognized credit ratings agency with offices in Canada, North America, and Europe. As the fourth largest ratings agency in the world, this privately held company is all about differentiating itself from the competition.
One way they decided to do that was to give their Broadway office in Manhattan a makeover. They were looking for a fresh new look that would reflect their position as one of the top companies in their field.
Environmental Defense Fund
What sort of workspace best serves an organization with an unwavering commitment to preserving our environment and a vision for a cleaner, healthier future? In June of 2016, Lewis Stevenson partnered with Environmental Defense Fund to answer that very question. But there was a twist—As with many of EDF’s initiatives, the group needed to get its new offices on Manhattan’s Park Avenue South up and running quickly and efficiently.
FUSE
From the minute people walk through the door, they have to feel like they’re working with, or in, a company that’s a true innovator in today’s media world. In fact, everything about this space has to reinforce that image.
A challenging assignment. But what made it even more challenging was the fact that the space being renovated covered 30,000 sq. ft. — and had to be completed in three months.
Code & Theory
When it comes to their approach to marketing, Code & Theory has a reputation for breaking the rules. They don’t want to be limited by anything but their own creativity.
Their team of office designers followed the same line of thinking and let their creativity flow. Now it was our job to take their ideas and make them a reality. We quickly went to work, managing everything from product ordering to installation – making sure we stayed on budget and on time every step of the way.
Tech Target
Tech Target offers data-driven marketing services to technology vendors. And they wanted their office space to be as interesting as their services.
Of course, to give them the space that they and their interior designers envisioned was a lot easier said than done. First of all, we had to remove over 600 existing workstations from their space. Then deliver and install approximately 600 new adjustable benching stations to replace them.
